Straight Answers
An Empower Exclusive is a home represented by Empower Real Estate under an exclusive listing agreement. Most are marketed on the MLS with the brokerage's marketing services, and the sales shown on this page are verified against CRMLS.
Most of our homes are marketed on the MLS, because broad exposure is how most sellers get the strongest price. Some sellers have reasons to prefer a private or limited exposure sale. When that is the case, we explain how it can affect price and buyer access first, and we only proceed with the seller's written agreement and in line with MLS rules. First Access members are alerted to new listings automatically. We do not limit who can see or make an offer on a home because of who they are.
MLS rules require a listing to be filed with the MLS within one business day of any public marketing. A seller can also authorize a delayed marketing period in writing. Either way the home reaches the MLS and the full market, and Empower follows these rules.
Our system checks for new listings every 15 minutes. When a listing matches your saved criteria, the alert goes out to you automatically, whether the listing is ours or another brokerage's.
